Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two years of prior human resources experience, with a focus on recruiting, along with a BA degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Compliance Officer
Location: Corporate Office

Collaborate with management to administer the Organization’s compliance program, under the direction of the Chief Internal Auditor. Review organizational operations for compliance with existing laws, rules and regulations. Research new and changing legal/compliance requirements to assist business units with compliance. Facilitate the compliance training program for management and staff. Assist in the creation and maintenance of regulatory compliant forms, agreements and disclosures. Conduct internal audits as assigned. Stay abreast of compliance trends and best practices in auditing.
Requirements:
At least five years of recent experience and knowledge in lending and/or deposit regulations, along with a Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Must have understanding of basic audit functions, along with ability to read, evaluate, and interpret complex regulatory and technical journals.
Business Services Officer

Responsible for the primary underwriting of all business-purpose loan requests, including Member Business Loans (MBL). On complex requests, coordinate the review with the Business Services Manager. Complete annual reviews on all reportable Member Business Loans.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in business or finance-related field and at least five years of experience in business lending at a bank, credit union and/or equivalent financial institution. At least two years of business loan underwriting experience preferred. An equivalent combination of experience and education may satisfy this requirement.
Member Service Representative 2, Contact Center
Location: Corporate Office
Shifts available: Full Time
Provide service and resolution to internal and external members in a manner that consistently meets or exceeds service standards and performance goals. Provide basic, intermediate and some complex issues and/or transactions, primarily phone. Occasionally assist with e-commerce or in-branch. Maintain current knowledge of all products, services and procedures to ensure that the financial needs of members are met in accordance with regulations. Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent). One year financial industry or call center work experience preferred.

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operations of a full service Credit Union branch. Provide leadership, direction, guidance, and coaching to branch staff to ensure that they meet and exceed the Credit Union's service standards and achieve performance goals.

Assistant Branch Manager

Responsible for the daily operation of the branch. Provide leadership, direction, guidance, and coaching to Teller staff to ensure they meet and exceed the Credit Union’s service standards and performance goals. Provide information and assistance to members, participate in scheduling of hours, hiring and performance reviews, and other duties as needed. Perform the duties of the Branch Manager in their absence. Support the development of the Unitus culture by ensuring consistently strong member service.
Requirements:
A Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience and at least two years of progressively responsible experience in a financial services environment. Must have strong member service, leadership and communication skills.

Member Service Representative 1
Location: Tanasbourne Branch
Shift available: Full Time
Process deposit and withdrawal transactions and check receipts for members. Assist members with all product and service needs, including opening new accounts and mailing new account forms. Provide information regarding new and on-gong marketing promotions in order to offer all Credit Union products and services effectively. Process mail and post transaction items and instructions received from members. Qualified candidates will demonstrate outstanding member service, communication and human relation skills, along with accuracy in cash handling, cash balancing and 10-key.
